“It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light” Aristotle
The light looks so beautiful this time of year. The sun is rising earlier and when it cuts through the trees – it is beautiful. It is so important that we all feel the warmth of sunlight after the dark months. Even Keith the caretaker and Dean his assistant have been busy ensuring that the lights in the hall are ready to welcome the children back to school on Monday (along with new carpet in the classrooms and the dance/drama studio). Thank you Keith and Dean.
Unfortunately lights also go out and last week saw Peter Tork of The Monkees pass away at the age of 77. He was described as the shining light in The Monkees for his energy, intelligence, silliness and curiosity traits that for decades brought laughter and enjoyment to millions.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend and make sure you get some light.
See you all on Monday.
